North Las Vegas (JULY 18, 2018) – North Las Vegas, Nevada. Authorities reported a drowsy truck driver caused a 5 car crash, killing 2.
The truck driver hauling a load of sand, fell asleep and slammed into the vehicle in front of him. The vehicle hit was split in half and Robert Jay Barnes and Christopher Markley of Idaho were killed.
Three other vehicles were also hit but fortunately there were no other deaths. This is a terribly unfortunate and tragic event that has permanently affected the lives involved in the crash and their loved ones.
Those injured and the family members affected by the negligence of this truck driver have every right to place a claim for damages against the trucker’s insurance provider
